Halloween is right around the corner.  If you’re like me, you’ll probably be scrabbling around last minute in the back of the closet, cobbling together something to pass off as a costume.  That’s cool.Dressing up and trick-or-treating door-to-door through Longmont is more of a kids’ thing anyway.  Besides, we have an unspoken understanding in my house, one, that if Dad can find your stash of candy, he gets to sample the goods.

As an adult, I prefer a good, old-fashioned scare over tricks and treats.  And apparently I’m not the only one.  There are many exceptional scare attractions in Denver and along the front range.  The problem is, during the Halloween season the best of them sell out quickly.  So, from one fright fan to another, so you don’t miss out this All Hallows Eve, I present to you the Colorado Haunted Houses website.

Check it out, cohauntedhouses.com is the go-to site for planning your next scare-outing. It lists all the attractions, from haunted houses, and haunted forests, to haunted mazes and hayrides; from insane asylums, and zombie runs, to escape rooms.  And it covers the entire state!  Denver, Grand Junction, Colorado Springs, Alamosa, Pueblo, and on and on…

If you’re into Halloween you have to check it out.  Get attraction descriptions, contact and ticket information, open schedule and special events calendar, etc.
