Primary Mortgage Market Survey: Nov 2017

30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages are averaging 3.94% with 0.5 in fees and points. These numbers are pretty close to what we had the week before. 30-year FRMs were at 3.85% one month ago.

15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages are averaging 3.27% with 0.5 in fees and points. This is up 0.02% from the week before. 15 year FRMs were 3.15% one month ago.

5/1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgages are averaging 3.23% with 0.5 in fees and points, up 0.02% from the week prior. 5/1 year ARMs were at 3.18% one month ago.
